I used this company for the first time this week and I must say I was very pleased. They dispatched two specialists to my home and they worked well together. They were very focused, strategic and detailed. I gave them a filthy home and they left me with a brand new one. The two I had were named Myra and Shirley. They were God sent. I must say they were a fun pair also. I have added them to now to my monthly budget.

I am very satisfied with Majestic maids and highly recommend them! Linda scheduled my move-out clean. She was clearly very passionate about her company, about quality work, and provided excellent customer service. The cleaning was scheduled promptly and the place was certainly sparkling after the team completed their work. My landlord walked through our place right after the team was done and she was very impressed with the level of detailed cleaning that was done. I recommend Majestic Maids without hesitation!

Majestic Maids is the perfect cleaning service! They are professional, friendly, and complete a job well done! Linda is wonderful to work with for scheduling, Jamie and Myra are exceptionally friendly and hard working cleaners, and they even have an additional carpet cleaning service which was excellent! Totally impressed! I had majestic maids come and perform a deep clean on my property as the tenants moves out without doing a move out cleaning. Majestic Maids made the house look amazing! Even their carpet steam cleaning crew was amazing! My carpets looked like new again! Customer service is amazing, communication is perfect, heck they even are with the times by using text messaging, very professional. Will use Majestic Maids again and will surely recommend them!

When I called Linda to set up for an appointment for a thorough clean, she explained to me what their services covers and expectation on the arrival time. She also assured they would shred the credit card information after each transaction.
The crew texted me when they were running late, however, it fell under the 30 min time window they had mentioned earlier. The 3 people crew did a very good job cleaning all the rooms, and the house smells really good. Very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

Majestic Maids was incredibly effective, professional, well priced and friendly. The place was completely spotless when they left. They are a small company and the owner, Jamie, talked to me on the phone and came to help clean. They make sure they have a good sense of what you want done before they start, and then they work until everything looks great! I recently moved into a new apartment and Jamie even tried to take care of a mold problem in it. They followed up really nice thank you card. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends!
